where people get stuck
AI moved fast. Most people got left with questions.
Where do I even start?
New AI tools land every week, and nobody has time to try them all.
Is my data safe?
Pasting client files or family documents into a chatbot feels wrong, and often it is.
I tried it. It was… meh.
Generic AI gives generic answers. Set up around your files and routines, it starts giving useful ones.
1 in 8
Canadian businesses used AI to deliver their products or services in the past year. If you haven’t started yet, neither have most businesses.

What we set up
AI setup, coaching and automation for individuals, professionals and small businesses in the GTA. Most people start with one thing and grow from there.
Personal AI
AI that works for you, on your own devices and in the apps you already use.

A personal AI you can text
An always-on assistant (like OpenClaw or Hermes) that you message on Telegram, WhatsApp, Signal or iMessage for reminders, research, summaries and planning.
Sovereign AI at home
AI models that run on your own Mac, PC or mini-PC with Ollama or LM Studio. It works offline, so your prompts and files never leave the house.
Ask your own documents
A private assistant that answers from your manuals, notes, PDFs and receipts, and tells you where it found each answer.
ChatGPT, Claude & Gemini, set up properly
The right plan for you, then memory, projects, custom instructions, voice and privacy settings dialled in.
Family AI, with guardrails
A shared household assistant with kid-safe settings, and homework help that teaches instead of doing the work.
AI basics & scam awareness
Patient one-on-one sessions for beginners and seniors, including how to spot voice-clone and deepfake scams.
AI for work
Get more out of the AI tools your job already pays for.

Local transcription, summaries and action items, with no third-party bot joining your calls.
Research & writing workflows
Reusable prompts and templates for reports, proposals, job applications and everyday writing.

Answers common questions and collects booking requests at 11 pm, so you wake up to appointments instead of voicemail.
Website chat that captures leads
An assistant trained on your services, hours and FAQs that answers visitors and hands warm leads to you.
Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord & Slack bots
Bots that answer customers, help your team or run your community in the chat apps people already use.
Marketing in your voice
Social posts, newsletters and Google-review replies drafted in your tone. You approve everything before it goes out.

sovereign ai
Your AI, on hardware you own.
Sovereign AI means you own the assistant, the models and the data instead of renting them from someone else’s cloud. Canada is putting $2 billion into sovereign AI at the national level. We bring the same idea to homes and small businesses.
Open-source assistants like OpenClaw and Hermes Agent run on a computer you own and chat with you in the apps you already use. They remember context, handle errands and keep your information close. They’re also only as safe as their setup.
- Runs on hardware you ownA Mac mini, a mini-PC, or the computer you already have.
- Your data stays under your controlLocal models where they’re good enough; the cloud only if you choose.
- Chats where you already doTelegram, WhatsApp, iMessage, Signal or Discord.

- Vetted add-ons only, nothing installed blind
- Answers only the people you choose
- Sees only what it needs to
- Asks before it sends, buys or deletes

In 2026, researchers found tens of thousands of self-hosted assistants exposed to the open internet, and hundreds of malicious add-ons in one popular marketplace. Read the research (opens in a new tab)

ground rules
Our ground rules
In Bluevine’s 2026 survey of 942 U.S. small-business owners, data security and accuracy were the two biggest barriers to using AI more. These rules answer both.
Sovereign by default.
We keep your data on your own hardware when possible and on Canadian hosting where we can. When the cloud is the better tool, we keep your data out of model training.
You approve the important stuff.
Assistants ask before they send, buy, book or delete anything that matters.
Honest advice.
If AI isn’t the answer, we’ll tell you, even if it costs us the job.
No lock-in.
You own the accounts, the hardware and the notes. Open-source wherever it makes sense.
Plain language.
Simple written notes you can follow later, without jargon.

Do you come to my home or office?

What does “sovereign AI” mean?
It means you own and control your AI (the assistant, the models and your data) instead of renting them from a big-tech cloud. For most people that’s an assistant running on a computer you own, with cloud AI used only where you choose and set up to keep your data out of training.
What’s a personal AI assistant like OpenClaw or Hermes?
They’re free, open-source assistants that run on a computer you own and talk with you through apps like Telegram, WhatsApp or iMessage. They can handle reminders, research, email and errands. They’re powerful, so setup matters. We keep yours off the open internet, patched, limited to vetted add-ons and locked to the people you choose. We’ll also help you decide which one, if any, suits you.
Do I need special hardware?
Often not. Many setups run on a computer you already own. For an always-on assistant or private AI at home, a Mac mini or a small mini-PC is usually plenty. We only recommend hardware when you need it.
Will my data be used to train AI?
Not with a local setup, because your data never leaves your device. With cloud tools like ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini, we pick plans and settings that keep your data out of training where the provider allows it, and we’ll show you where your data goes.
Is AI accurate enough to trust?
Not blindly. AI makes mistakes, so we build in checks. Answers cite their source, assistants ask before acting, and we test with your real examples before handoff. We’ll also tell you where AI shouldn’t be used.
Can you build a chatbot for my business or community?
Yes. Customer FAQ bots, booking assistants, team helpers and community bots for websites, WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord and Slack are some of our most common requests.
I’m not technical at all. Is this for me?
Yes. Plenty of people start from zero. We explain everything in plain language, at your pace, and you keep simple written notes to come back to.
Who’s behind 6ix AI?
6ix AI is a small, independent consultancy based in the GTA. You deal directly with the person who does the work.
Do you help after setup?
Yes. Every setup ends with a walkthrough and notes, and we offer ongoing support for updates, new features and fixes.
